An absolutely stunning Salon Sofa and matching Chair. this is an absolutely stunning set and has been renovated and upholstered in a beautiful teal blue velvet. There a few slight imperfections on the wood but absolutely nothing that detracts away from the beauty of this furniture. The wood has been oiled and it looks absolutely stunning. I have not seen another salon sofa with matching chair like this before and think it is late 1800's, and that the wood is rosewood, but not exactly sure. Whatever the wood it is an absolute show stopper and will look elegant in any home!! The detailed carving is exceptional.
